Standard Capping: GRP construction

Upstand: Roofers prepared upstand to suit assumed metal deck roof

Ducting: To be galvanised ducting to suit final positions on the roof, vertical ductwork to suit specific system sizes, all other transition pieces to be dimensioned after final locations have been decided

Volume Control Dampers: To suit specific system sizes

Ceiling Grilles: To suit specific system sizes and ceiling types

Controls:

  • INVent- Programmable control system with night-time cooling facility, including temperature and CO2 sensors and manual override – Contractor to allow for internal electrical wiring
  • NV Comfort- To be connected to the WindowMaster NV Comfort control system
  • BMS- To be connected to the Building Management System
