Vento Australasia has introduced the WindowMaster™ Natural Ventilation (NV) product range exclusively into the Australian market. With over 25 years of experience in Europe & North America, the WindowMaster NV range provides an automated natural ventilation and smoke solution through the automation of controlled openings in facades and roofs.
Originally designed as a climate control, natural ventilation system, WindowMaster also works with all types of awning windows, casements, louvres, centre pivot and roof windows as well as ‘pop out’ window types.

NV Comfort controls facade and roof windows so that they automatically open and close by incremental amounts on the basis of individual fixed values for the desired room temperature and CO2 levels, as well as measurements of external temperature, rain and wind speed. Setting of desired room temperatures can be done individually for each room from one central location in the building via the NV Comfort touch screen panel.
NV Solo controls the automatic opening and closing of windows in an individual room, based upon internal and external temperatures, to achieve the desired indoor climate. The user panel with integrated temperature sensor displays the control settings, in addition to the current indoor and outdoor temperatures. The safety feature in NV Solo ensures that the windows close in case of rain, strong wind and/or low outdoor temperature.
WindowMaster had developed a range of motor controllers that interface between the intelligent WindowMaster actuators and the BMS systems through open bus standards such as KNX, LON, BACnet and Modbus. MotorLink technology enables a versatile range of functionality in order to fulfill requirements of modern facade design. Features include: position control and feedback, three speed operation, genuine synchronisation, reversing function, pressure safety function, fault indication and online parameter set up.
